Our basic module and container designs are generally classified as thermally lined and acoustically treated, providing full environmental protection against climates around the world. The modules are all-steel fabrications with either a fully welded or bonded-panel construction system, depending on the project’s specifications. Both construction methods offer an immensely strong, rigid structure, which is vital to protect the equipment inside during lifting and transportation.
Structural fabrication and cladding materials are based on mild steel; zintec; aluminium; pre-finish substrates or stainless steel. Stainless steel is virtually maintenance-free and has an operational life of more than 60 years. Our range of modules is suitable for both high-volume work and bespoke project requirements.
Fully welded or bonded-panel construction methods produce an extremely strong, rigid structure. We can fabricate and transport small 2m x 2m modules through to one-piece structures 30m x 6m x 4m and weighing over 130 tonnes when fully equipped.
