Our packaging service includes the comprehensive mechanical and electrical installation of customers’ equipment to high specifications, and can also cover full electrical testing, if required.

For example, we can despatch very large, heavy generator sets to the customer with all fuel-pipe, exhaust, and radiator connectors complete, and fuel lines completed with fusible link fire drop valves and spill detection. The work is carried out in our purpose-built facility by our own skilled engineers. For customers, it’s a highly cost-effective and efficient alternative to packaging their own equipment.

Installation service key points:

		All equipment is laid out in orderly fashion, with safe working clearance in front and behind
		Each section is securely bolted down to the steel floor structure using the equipment’s standard fixing arrangements
		Provisions are made through the floor and/or wall for all field cable penetration (bolt-on gland plates/transit frames)
		An overhead cable management system is provided to carry all internal interconnecting equipment cabling
		All installations meet the highest standards, and any associated site specific requirements
		All work is undertaken at Bradgate’s Leicestershire site, including test prior to despatch to site.
